Aotearoa Hospitality Holdings is hiring a Food and Beverage Manager to join our Rotorua team.

About the role
You will run the venue or the kitchen end to end: menu, budget, rosters, suppliers, compliance, and the guest experience. You will recruit and develop the team, manage food and labour costs against target, and own the numbers the owners see each week.
What you will bring
Five plus years in hospitality with two plus running a venue or kitchen. Strong food and labour cost control. Duty Manager certificate and a clean record with the licensing authority. Comfortable with rostering and POS reporting tools.

- Comfortable with POS reporting and budgeting tools
- Willing to work across a seven-day operation
- Strong guest-recovery and complaint-handling skills
