Coastline Cafes NZ is hiring a Restaurant Manager to join our Wellington team.

About Coastline Cafes NZ

Coastline Cafes NZ is a regional hospitality and tourism business serving the Wellington region since 2005. We operate 13 locations and have built a reputation for consistent quality and dependable teams.

About the role

You will run the venue or the kitchen end to end: menu, budget, rosters, suppliers, compliance, and the guest experience. You will recruit and develop the team, manage food and labour costs against target, and own the numbers the owners see each week.

What you will bring

Five plus years in hospitality with two plus running a venue or kitchen. Strong food and labour cost control. Duty Manager certificate and a clean record with the licensing authority. Comfortable with rostering and POS reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Duty Manager certificate and clean record with the District Licensing Committee
  • Five plus years in hospitality with two plus in a management role
  • Willing to work across a seven-day operation
  • Proven food and labour cost control against budget
